Villa Nova Medical Clinic is located in the Villa Nova Plaza on Conception Bay Highway (Route 60) in Conception Bay South. The plaza is situated directly across from McDonald’s in the Long Pond area, making it a familiar and easy-to-spot landmark for patients travelling through CBS.

If you are coming from St. John’s or Manuels, the clinic will be on your right-hand side as you approach Long Pond. Patients travelling from Kelligrews or Upper Gullies will see the plaza on their left-hand side. Although the clinic’s suite number is 207, it is located on the ground level of the building, with no lower floors beneath it. Convenient parking is available directly in front of the plaza, allowing easy access to the clinic entrance.
