Villa Nova Medical Clinic operates by appointment only.

Clinic hours may vary by provider and by day. Appointment availability is shown through our secure online booking system.

General clinic hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Weekends & holidays: Closed (unless otherwise stated)

Please note:

  • Providers may have clinical hours outside this general window

  • Some services, including after-hours care, are offered on an as-needed basis

  • Hours are subject to change based on clinic operations and provider availability

Provider Hours (Approximate)

Provider schedules may vary week to week.

Dr. Martin Hurley

  • Typically sees patients Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Fast-track / same-day appointments:
    • Tuesdays, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Procedures are performed exclusively on Thursdays

  • Supported exclusively by Registered Nurse Sheila Aguilar, RN

  • May offer procedures or after-hours services as needed

Dr. Keihan Power

  • Typically sees patients Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • May contribute to after-hours care as needed

Dr. Eslier Aguilar

  • Typically sees patients Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Unavailable Friday through Sunday

  • Provides after-hours care as needed

Dr. Hurley and Dr. Power are the only providers who see patients Monday through Friday.

Registered Nursing Support

Sheila Aguilar, BnRN

  • Works exclusively with Dr. Martin Hurley

  • Operates under Dr. Hurley’s clinic hours

  • Provides clinical and administrative support within her scope of practice, including patient coordination and procedural assistance

Michelle Aguilar, RN

  • Works occasionally at the clinic

  • Typically runs women’s health clinics (e.g., Pap tests) when sufficient patient demand exists

  • Availability is limited and scheduled periodically

After-Hours Care

Care outside the standard 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM window is considered after-hours care.

After-hours services:

  • Are limited

  • Are offered based on clinical need

  • May involve different providers depending on availability

For urgent concerns, patients should follow standard emergency care pathways.
