Communication methods vary by provider. Please refer to your provider’s page for specific instructions.

Can I send medical questions by email?

Email is not used for medical advice, appointments, or prescription requests. Approved communication platforms must be used.

Prescriptions & Medications

How do I request a prescription refill?

Most prescription renewals require an appointment. Please request refills before you run out of medication.

Can I request refills through my pharmacy?

Yes, if refills remain on your prescription. If no refills remain or follow-up is required, an appointment is needed.

What about controlled medications?

Controlled substances must be prescribed and renewed by your primary provider only, in accordance with clinic policy.

After-Hours & Urgent Care

What counts as after-hours care?

After-hours care refers to requests made outside of regular clinic hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
