Appointment Booking - Existing Patients

We primarily communicate through OceanMD, our secure online booking and messaging platform.

Existing patients of Villa Nova Medical Clinic can book their appointments online using the link below.

Choosing the Right Appointment Type

When booking, please select the correct appointment type so we can schedule you appropriately:

  • New Issue: For a concern that has not been assessed before
  • Follow-Up: To review results or ongoing treatment plans
  • Virtual Visit: For suitable issues such as follow-ups, medication questions or short reviews
  • Prenatal Appointment: For scheduled prenatal care visits
  • Procedure Appointment: Available only on designated days (please review your providers procedure schedule)

Before Your Appointment

Please complete the required eForm before your visit.
A link to your eForm will be included in your confirmation or reminder email.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder, as automated clinic emails may occasionally be filtered there.

Booking Windows for Each Physician

Appointment availability varies by provider. Patients may book up to:

  • Dr. Eslier Aguilar: 90 days in advance

  • Dr. Martin Hurley: 56 days in advance

  • Dr. Keihan Power: 35 days in advance

If you do not see available appointments outside these windows, please check back closer to the date.

Booking Limitations

Please note:

  • Certain concerns cannot be booked online, including urgent issues, controlled-substance assessments, or specific administrative appointments.

  • For these concerns, please contact our Medical Office Administrator for assistance.

  • Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to ensure timely care for all patients.

Urgent Concerns

Online booking should not be used for same-day or urgent issues.

For urgent medical concerns, please contact the clinic directly.
If we are unavailable, visit a walk-in clinic, your nearest urgent care centre, or an emergency department as appropriate.
