Services Provided By Dr. Aguilar

Dr. Aguilar provides a full range of primary care services for his rostered patients. These include:

  • Preventive and wellness care

  • Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, respiratory conditions)

  • Mental health assessment and support

  • Routine follow-up visits and medication reviews

  • Review and interpretation of test results

Procedures and In-Office Care

Although Dr. Aguilar does not have a dedicated weekly procedure day, he provides a number of minor office procedures within regular clinic hours, including:

  • Joint injections (e.g., shoulder, knee, or other indicated joints)

  • Minor laceration repair (when appropriate for clinic care)

Pap Tests (Cervical Cancer Screening):

Pap tests for Dr. Aguilar’s patients are performed by his Registered Nurse, Michelle, through our Women’s Health Clinic.

Our clinic follows a scheduled-day model for Pap testing:

  • Patients who are due for a Pap test are added to a Pap clinic waitlist by our Medical Office Administrator.

  • Once enough patients are on the list to fill a clinic day, we schedule a dedicated Pap Clinic.

  • Patients are contacted approximately one week in advance to book their appointment time.

This process helps ensure efficient scheduling while allowing the RN to provide focused, high-quality care. If you believe you are due for a Pap test, please speak with our MOA to be added to the Pap clinic waitlist.
